What to expect upon ordering:
You will receive an email back indicating that your order has been received. You should expect any correspondence between yourself and the graphic designer to be done via email or Discord, whichever is your preferred method of contact.
Please allow up to seven (7) days* to receive your rough sketches. Upon approving your rough sketches one half (1/2) of your payment will be due.
Please allow an additional seven (7) days* to receive your finished project. Upon approving your finished product the remaining 1/2 of your payment will be due. Once payment is received you will receive an email with the appropriately sized images of your final product.
Please understand that by ordering and approving artwork you are also agreeing to allow the graphic designer to upload the images, watermarked, into their online portfolio.

* - seven (7) days is an approximation and correspondence with your rough sketches or final products may come sooner. If it will be later you will receive information regarding the delay from the graphic designer.
